Ok, there was training today.. Erm did u know that we have a new coach? Yeah, and he is MR HEE. heeheeheehee!

The new coach quite naggy ah.. He can spend 3/4 of the training just TALKING. yea! But he's good la.. Only that my body is still not flexible enough coz my rowing arm is still so stiff ah. aahh!

The weather was like... first, the sun was scorching HOT! Woah, can die from heat stroke. Ahaha. Then when we started rowing, it rained.. Bbrrr. Then, the sun was up and glaring(at me).. Haha. Having headache now..

Went to bathe with the girls and then went straight home.. Didnt join the girls.. Coz dad wants me to be home :( The journey home was SUPER LONG ah.. Peak hours.. And the bus was going at a very slow pace.. I came across some inconsiderate boys on my way home.. *huge sigh*

My arm power is still damn weak ah.. And i just found out from ah hong that the way i did my push ups was wrong.. aaahhh! No wonder i didnt improve much.. urrgh! But thanks lin hong for pointing out my mistakes! And my running? I dunno wat to say man.. My stamina totally dropped. My rowing technique sucked. I need to improve. Yes, I will!

Training again tmr! Long distance run(from Kallang to East Coast park) before rowing session.. I hope that im able to run the whole distance.. Dun wanna end up like the last time.. My back hurt and my breathing stopped all of a sudden at east coast park. Mr Lee told me to walk back.. So i had to walk all the way back while the other girls ran back.. Caroline halimAH accompanied me. ahaha. nice name.. halimah.. And the sad thing was that the girls totally forgot abt apple and me! Coz i wasnt feeling well and was slowly running back when we saw the girls stopped. Well, i thought that they were waiting for us. BUT, when we were almost there, they ran off! Caro was telling me how she thought everyone was there when the fact was that she left us out.. Boohoo. Well, we walked and SHE talked all the way back.. It's fun being with her.. XD

There's a lot of hw to do but i dunno where to start. Ahaha

Well, i guess my busy life is back! So yay?? This totally sucks man! I will be going home late and straight to bed.. My homeworks wont be done on time, i'll detest school even more, nightmares(on anything and everything) that will make me more stressed(which i alreday am), etc

What am I going to do?

Oh no! I just realised sth.. I have class exco training tmr!! Die die die. I dunno if i can skip it.. Attendance will be taken la.. Haiya..
